All great stuff. All of us who provide instruction fear a bad review. We want everyone to love us and our teaching. But there will always be that one who will not. Dealing with that person as you did is a great way to handle the situation. My feeling is that it is my responsibility to provide and deliver great content. It is up to the students to do something with it. If they don't, their loss, not mine.
