Also be careful about the postings that have too little information. They can be as bad as the ones that have too much.

Companies that know what they are doing will do a decent job of representing the job they are trying to fill and in searching for the right talent to fill it. The ones that don't can be a mess to work for.

Remember the saying "When you don't know where you are going any road will get you there"? The same is true in hiring. "If you don't know what you want, any person will do"? Or maybe no one will because you don't really know what you want.
