Another issue that arises is when people in Leadership meetings think that it is about them and them coming up with the best and most brilliant solution.

I went to a Leadership training with people from other companies. One exercise, we were divided into teams. We had to as a "team" come up with answers to questions. My "team" ,embers never consulted with the rest on any question. They blurted out the first thing that came to mind. In most cases their answers were wrong.

I finally told them all off. That what they were exhibiting was what were were trying to stop with bad leadership.
