As a consultant, and a manager I found that busyness does not equal accomplishment. Doing the right things and ignoring the unimportant is the key. And anyone who works more than 40 to 45 hours per week is both doing things wrong and taking on too much. Life is a balance. If you don't take time for yourself and those you love, you are missing out on a big and important part of life. Remember to work to live, not the other way around.
