Bob was a terrible boss. Maybe the worst I ever had. He made comments with no detail and said he really didn't have the time to do so. He did because he did nothing else so, basically he was a nothing burger.

I had a great year and accomplished lots. For that I got a "standard" rating. I was pissed. So I wrote a 100 page rebuttal that I gave to him, his boss and HR. I kept it close with lots of backup. Didn't change anything because HR is worthless, but it made me feel good.
