Couldn’t have said or written this piece any better. It truly reflects my experiences both being managed and being a manager. It was the hardest, but most rewarding thing I have done professionally. I reveled in my peoples’ successes and was there to help and console when something went awry. I resrected them and they in turn did their best for me. What more can you ask for?
