Great advice. We are told that we need to be forceful to be heard. That is not the case some or even most of the time. I went to Leadership training once. Most people wanted to speak up even when they had nothing to say or what they were saying was nonsense. It taught me that Leadership isn't about being heard. It is about what you do that matters most.
