Great piece. It all boils down to moving ahead and not plateauing or settling. People who amass wealth do so because they are ambitious. But they then act on their ambition. I have seen many who have dreams, but never do anything to realize those dreams. They have potential, but never use it. That is a waste. What is worst is that people who move ahead are then criticized for doing so. There are those who feel that they should get the same rewards while doing nothing or very little. They never read or understand Pareto's law. And they continue to be mired, never moving ahead and complaining about those that do.
