Great stuff. Public speaking is one of if not the most stressful things a person can do.

I wasn't a great public speaker. One on one I was fine, but in a crowded setting, forget it.

I took a class on public speaking. The leader was a drill sergeant but he helped a lot. Then I went on a United Wat Campaign and spoke to literally hundreds of groups. By the time I was done, I had lots of confidence to speak, especially if I was passionate about the subject.

I then remember two tips. One, treat speaking as though it is a one on one with each member of the audience. And second, view each person as being totally naked. That takes away any intimidation factor.

You can become a good if not great speaker. You have a lot to tell. Speak from your knowledge and just tell your story. The more you do it the better you will be.
