Growing up I was taught about the various systems in school. They did comparisons and allowed me and the other students to talk about the pluses and minuses of each. We learned about the problems with each but what worked best. I don't believe that is done today. Or, it is all about equality, something that will never exist. Even in communism and socialism, those at the top fare much better than those at the bottom. Look at Cubs, When Castro got sick, he had doctors available to him that were not to the general populace. Kim Jong-un eats quite well while his general populace starves. Yet, our youth are told that socialism is a fair system. Maybe our educators need some learning as well as the students they are teaching.
