Happiness is not a goal. It is something we achieve based on what we positively accomplish. The most unhappy people are those who continually complain, but do or accomplish little. They try to buy happiness, but don’t succeed, because happiness isn’t bought. It is earned. Many of the most happy people do not have incredible wealth. They don’t own the most or the best of things. And yet they are the happiest. Why? Because they give of themselves and are productive. They didn’t set out to be happy. But they are. They know the secret. It is there for everyone. Unfortunately too many miss it. Their loss and their unhappiness.
