Hiring the right person or persons is so very important and so diificult. There are many who can spin a good story but produce little once on the job. I always look for those who ask me as good if not better questions than I ask them. That shows they want to know what they are getting into and just where I am coming from with the questions I ask. if they do that during the interview they will most probably do it on the job. That shows initiative and the want to know. Great qualities and they are a keeper.
