I always started work early and left at 5 or so to be with family. Got more done early cause the suck ups came and stayed late to show how dedicated they were while doing nothing. And when I want to clear my haed and thoughts my dog and i take a walk. He is a great listener and has terrific advice. "I don't worry about these trivial things. In the whole scheme they don't matter. So you shouldn't worry either." He is right.
