I can only say what I did. I paid a great wage, full benefits (with no premiums for healthcare) and profit sharing. As for what others do, I cannot affect that. Not bragging, just facts.

And my kids learned that you make your way in life. No one gives you anything. And if you don't like working for someone, leave and find something better.

As for working, we all have choices to make. If you pick a crap job and stay there that is your problem. And if you don't improve your skills to earn more that is your problem too.

Unemployment benefits forever or so attractive that a person decides not to work is not the answer. Depending on the government to take care of you isn't either. There are plenty of jobs out there. Find one and do it.

So, you don't like my comments, that is your right not to. I don't particularly like yours either. So take your foul mouth somewhere else.
