I had some great people who worked with and for me. rarely did I take credit for what they did and accomplished. It was on them. I got in trouble for rewarding them. They got great reviews HR told me I was destroying their curve. TFB. You reward performance. We talk about how we should act as leaders. But when people do, they are open for criticism. Hopefully more follow what is written here and are commended for doing so.
