I have found that many people don't listen to the question and answer whatever. Example: Meeting my daughter for lunch. I ask where we are meeting. She is telling me the time to meet. Not where. I didn't ask the time. I already know that. I ask where. We need to pay more attention and answer what is asked, not what we want others to know.
