I have found the same problem in consulting with companies. They never have the "time" to do certain things.

It is actually about committing to do certain things. There is a saying "If you want something done give it to a busy person".

Why is that? Because busy people are driven to doing things and getting things done. They are committed to doing so.

I have found that busy people don't complain about being busy. They just do things period. Those who squack about how busy they are usually aren't.
