I have heard remarks about how busy and productive I am. These are not necessarily compatible. But, the more I get done, the more I do, hence the busy part.

I have never laid this on others and expect the same. That is me, not them. My expectation is that they hot challenging goals. If they go beyond them great. If not, I am still satisfied with them and myself.
