I have worked with and for heads of many companies. The really good ones care about their people and take their needs into account. The poor ones are so self absorbed that they are truly clueless. They believe they are so much smarter than everyone else. They by and large are not. And they believe that they no longer have to work hard. they have earned their place and have done their time. Sets a great standard for everyone else.
