I never had a job I hated. Each one had challenges to it. What I lost over time was the want to work for a large company where I did not feel appreciated especially after doing a lot for the company. When you feel trapped and do not like what you are doing or who you are doing it for, it is time for a change. Otherwise, you are not giving your best and it will show. So do like Soraia and find a new passion. You are spending a lot of your life on it, so you might as well enjoy what you are doing.
