I so agree with this. I started 2 businesses. The first was a sole proprietorship where I worked with other sole proprietors and Lehigh University as a contractor to them. Then, after 5 years I and 5 others formed espi. It was rocky at first. We self funded. That was scaty. But we did well. Then 2008 came. That was really scary. We owed almost $200,000. But we made it through without eliminating any employees. As an entrpreneur you need to ride the rollercoaster. You need to believe in yourself and what you are doing. And stay at it. Never give up. You may fail temporarily, but that only sets you up for ultimate success. In my last 3 years before retiring my partners and all employees got 4 years of pay for 3 years of work. A far step from 2008.
