I was not a big Musk fan before. Am now. He took over a struggling company and will get it righted. You can be nice, but you also need to be tough. And at the end of the day, it is the business owner who calls the shots, not the employees. Especially the sniveling, coddled ones. Way to go Elon. Do what is right. Those criticizing you probably never ran anything in their lives. So doing opposite of what they say is for sure the right thing to do.
