I would add one other thing. I have found that very intelligent people don't over complicate things. They keep things as simple and as understandable as possible. In that way they include others in the thought and acceptance process. We tend to not accept what we don't understand. Intelligent people keep it simple (KISS principle) so what they are doing and saying is also accepted.
