My daughter is tired of bad leaders. So am I. It's just that she still works and I am retired. I told her she can learn lots from them, particularly what not to do. And there are lots of them, so if you think changing companies gets you away from them, think again. The key is to be a good if not great leader yourself. You can't control the others but you can control you. Do so and the world has one less bad leader to contend with.
