My son first learned that in the Army. He trained as a pilot. Then they asked for someone to head Maintenance. He volunteered to do so. And he was in with his troop every day, pitching in. One day they asked why he was doing this (He was an officer and a pilot). He told them it was the responsible thing to do. His people loved him for it and he had no slackers.
