Never become so enamored with a company or a possible job that you miss these signs. While the work, experience and possible prestige of working for a company is enticing, the work environment and how they treat employees is very key.

Out of Lehigh, with a masters degree, I was told on an interview that they weren't impressed with my masters. They would "train" me in their way. Nice to know they didn't want outside ideas and my initiative to gain more knowledge before entering the working world.

Got the offer. didn't take the job. Never regretted my decision.
