Not sure I totally agree that there may someday there will not be a need for managers. Even the best orchestra in the world has a conductor. There will always be a need for someone to lead and pull things together.

But you can have a great team that requires less effort to perform. I had one and it was a pleasure to watch. And I knew I had done my job and done it well.
