Nothing is perfect. If it was we would all do it and succeed. That just doesn't happen. While there are inequalities and injustices, there are also opportunities. Even the poorest of us have opportunities. What we do with these determines how successful or not we will be. Those who don't make excuses but truly make lemonade out of lemons will do well. Those who whine and complain and don't work hard and smart will fail. Our maker gave us free will. It is up to us to utilize it.
