Really good stuff that applies to most things that we do. As a writer, I also write in small pieces. I get through certain thoughts and stop. Later I come back and add. Once done, I edit. Then others take a look and add comments. Everything is in small bites and then there is finally a finished product. And when I finish something I start on the next following the same process. It really works. I am now working with a company on Continuous Improvement. Everything is in small bites. And from it we and they expect great things.
