So true. I have recently fallen into that trap. I respond to someone's point with my own. A third party enters and contests my point. I answer back. The person then resorts to name calling and I tell them off, say Bye bye, and block them.

Shouldn't have responded to them in the first place. Their argument is stupid and pointless and I know it. But I can't resist. I hold out hope that I will win an argument with someone I do not know, could care less about and proves they aren't worth debating by going to mane calling.

I need to knock it off. It is a waste of my time. Hopefully after reading this article, it will sink through. At least you tried to get me straightened out. Now the ball is in my court. At least I was told.
