Something I never got caught up in. I decided that while my career was important, my wife and children were more important. Anything I achieved was as much for them as for me. Perhaps I could have risen higher in the corporate ranks and made a bigger name for myself. Perhaps not. I'll never know. But I did become an Executive Director and did found and head a prestigious consulting firm . So I didn't do too badly While being there for my kids. In retrospect I would not have changed a thing. Someone once asked me if I had any regrets about my life and career. I honestly answered "No".
