Thank God for rescue groups. So many that save dogs from being put to sleep. Beemer was brought north from WVA. If he stayed he would have been euthanized. He is such a lover I cannot imagine him being killed. Thank God we found each other and he has a forever home.

Kia was also a rescue. Abandoned at 10 months. She was my girl and we loved each other. She was very protective of me and concerned if I was sad or agitated.

Dogs are one of our greatest treasures. Especially rescues. Even though left, they are so forgiving, loyal and loving.
