The times are definitely achangin. In my time when someone was looking for a new job and had changed positions every year or two that was a red flag of a problem. Not anymore (At least not all of the time).

Companies can keep people in their fold if they offer variety, challenges and good compensation. But otherwise, workers have discovered that loyalty only goes one way. So moving around is the norm. Get used to it. The times they are achangin.
