There are many leaders with differing styles. Jobs was no exception.

In my book "Influences and Influencers" mI talk about people who influenced me, my life and my career. Even those who were negative and not my friends.

There is no doubt jobs was successful. There were many things he did right to become so. There were also things he did wrong that certainly did not help.

Hopefully we can learn from what he did right and emulate those. And take the other stuff and not follow it, but realize that those things hurt and shouldn't be followed.

Learning comes both ways. Hopefully we know the right and the wrong, the good and the bad and learn from both.
