There are so many points I agree with in this article.

First, I will take a hard worker over a “smarter” person any day. Inmy experience, the hard worker gets more done and deals better when things are not smooth. The “smarter” person who is used to have everything go his way has trouble dealing with adversity. Te hard worker just buckles down and gets through it.

Second, commitment is the key to success. If you are not wholly committed to something you probably will not achieve it. That means taking the time and spending the effort to reach the goal. Too many give up before they get to the end point. Some give up almost immediately. No commitment no achievement!

Fiinally, time spent does not equal achievement. I have seen many spend copious amounts of time and get little done. I have also seen other who efficiently use their time and get lots done. You should be measured on results, not amount of time spent.

This is such agreat article. Couldn’t have covered the topic any btter. No wonder you are doing so well in your career and life in general.
