There are unfortunately what seem to be more bad than good bosses. I also don't understand how some get to the places they get to. Especially as high level bosses. But they do and we have to deal with them. Our solution. When you get to a position of authority don't be like the people you despise and do what they do. Be better. And mentor young employees so when they rise they will be better. And get the word out like this article has done. The more we point out bad bosses and praise good ones, the more impact there can be. There will always be bad bosses. If we can have fewer of them than good ones, we are making progress.
