There is a saying, "No risk, no reward". That doesn't mean that if we are conservative in our approach that we won't take a risk. It just means that we are less tolerant to taking a bigger risk and will settle for a smaller payout rather than taking a big loss.

Throughout life we are forced to make choices. Where we go to school, what we study, who we date and marry, what job we take, and so on.

Each decision carries a risk, either large or small. It is up to us to decide which path to take and then deal with it appropriately. It is all about being comfortable with our choices.
