Too many people think that they need to be at a meeting to show how important they are. It is not a matter of importance. It is a matter of communication and getting things accomplished. Often this can better happen without a meeting. And meetings without agendas are the worst. They ramble along forever. Set the reason, an agenda and a time frame. Stick to these and the meeting is worthwhile. Don't and suffer the consequences.
