Too many think that to be a leader everything you do has to be grand. It doesn't. It is a combination of the little things that add up that make a good leader.

There used to be a car commercial that focused on the ash tray. they lauded how perfect it was. And the tag line was "If we focus on the little things imagine what we do about the big things".

Same is true about good if not great leaders.
