We all have biases of some sort or another. It is hard to shake these. I admit I have them as well. There is good and some bad in everything. Yet we, I included, don't look for the good parts all of the time. So we miss things that are important and could make a difference in a decision. That is why we need to be open minded and really listen to and understand others. Then, we take the best of what we hear and make the best decision possible.
