We should learn from every situation. Same is true here. Learn from a bad boss and don't emulate that person, but do the opposite. I just lectured students and that was one of the points I drove home to them. Learn and do better. Do not copy or repeat. Yes, it is a painful lesson, but one that will stay with your forever if you learn it well.
