When once asked how much taxes should be raised and what would be enough, the respondent basically answered that no matter what they were raised to it would never be enough. Imagine running a business like that. You would be finished in no time. As I listen to committee hearings (Which they aren't as they are posturing sessions) I realize how most of our elected officials are clueless. They have no idea how to run or manage anything. And their answer is always, but we need more money. It was a joke to listen to them tell the postmaster general what he needed to do to "fix" the post office. I was amazed he didn't tell them to go pack it. Guess I won't be testifying anytime soon.
